Cacao is one of the oldest plant spirits and a deeply underrated plant medicine. More than just a delicious drink, it gently opens the heart and invites you to connect with yourself on a deeper level.
In this 1-1.5 hour guided session, we combine cacao with breath, movement, meditation, and somatic touch - allowing you to slow down, tune in, and fully embrace the present moment.
Join us in this sacred space to soften, connect, and experience the magic of cacao.
